Building an Eruv - a Picture history

Post holes are dug by hand at least 5 feet deep to create a secure foundation for our poles, 25 feet of steel tubing topped by a custom designed pole cap.

Setting a steel reinforcing frame in a post hole, The frame sits about 4 feet deep in the ground.

Moving the pole into place.

We need a crane to drop the pole in place and then its levelled off to be perfectly vertical.

The pole clamp got stuck. So in comes spiderman to free the crane.
